Abstract

Most organizations implement security as disconnected teams and tools: red team, SOC, threat intel, vulnerability management, incident response, AppSec, cloud security, and GRC, each running independent playbooks. Even when they adopt frameworks like NIST CSF 2.0, MITRE ATT&CK, D3FEND, and NIST 800-61, those frameworks are rarely implemented as executable, interacting systems.
